Selama ini, tujuan makan madu selain nak sihat tentu-tentulah nak sembuhkan penyakit. Tapi kenapa walau dah habis berbotol madu, sakitnya masih ada.. tak jadi ubat. Rupanya cara minum madu itu yang salah.
Dr Hisham bin Hashim, seorang herbalis dan gemologis memaklumkan petua bukan sekadar apa yang difikirkan sebagai tinggalan orang dulu-dulu. Petua itu sebenarnya adalah daripada Rasulullah SAW.
Mengamalkan pemakanan sunnah sepatutnya memberi kesan yang cukup baik. Antara makanan sunnah adalah habbatus sauda, madu lebah dan minyak zaitun. Tapi mengapa pemakanan yang disebutkan dalam al Quran mahupun hadis dengan kesan penyembuhan ini tetap tidak memberi kesan penyembuhan dalam diri seseorang?
Maka itu, perlunya petua dirujuk kembali. Kerana antara petua dan ilmu itu, petua juga sama penting. Andai ada ilmu yang banyak sekalipun, tanpa cara betul mengamalkan petua, Petua tetap tidak menjadi ubat.
Madu lebah mempunyai kesan penyembuhan yang hebat. Yang mana lebah-lebah akan bekerja mengumpulkan nektar dengan berpandukan wahyu Allah. Haiwan kecil ini menggunakan laluan pergi dan balik seperti yang Allah arahkan. Punyalah hebat ciptaan Allah ini.
Setiap nektar yang mahu dimasukkan ke sarang lebah itu pun ditentukan dahulu kualitinya oleh Ratu Lebah. Hanya yang terbaik saja yang lepas. Malah ketika nektar mahu dimasukkan ke dalam sarang, setiap makhluk berzikir. TAPI KENAPA BILA KITA MAKAN TETAP TAK JADI UBAT?
Ini kerana apa yang kita amalkan itu tidak betul caranya. Memakan madu untuk tujuan penyembuhan perlu ada cara dan waktu makan yang tepat mengikut jenis-jenis penyakit yang mahu dirawat.
“Sebab Allah cipta alam ini ada gelombangnya yang tersendiri. Ada elektro magnetnya. Allah jadikan bumi ini tidak terpisah. Jika anda jumpa kunci pembukanya (orang yang nak buka) untuk penyakit. Frekuensinya kena betul, insyaallah madu akan menjadi ubat.”

Sebaik selesai makan, ambil semula garam dengan cara sebelum makan tadi. Cara ini membuatkan makanan berada dalam badan tak melebihi 20 jam. Semua makanan yang melebihi 20 jam akan menyebabkan berlaku keracunan dalam perut. Menjadi amalan sunnah juga untuk hisap hujung jari selepas makan.
Bermula dari ibu jari sampai jari kelingking dan ke ibu jari semula. Ini adalah fitrah yang telah Allah tentukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan hormon manusia.

Sebelum masuk bilik air, langkah dengan kaki kiri, baca doa untuk masuk ke dalamnya. Dalam bilik air suhu gelombangnya tak sama macam ruang lain di rumah anda. Dalam itu, banyak benda tak elok suka duduk.

Cuma satu cara ini, manusia tak boleh tiru. Caranya : Ambil piring, tuangkan madu satu sudu kecil di atasnya. Kemudian, siramkan air suam. Goncang. Jika madu asli, anda akan nampak ia membentuk corak sarang lebah atau heksogan.
2. Minum Madu Untuk Rawat Sakit Di Bahagian Kepala
Penyakit yang dialami di bahagian kepala seperti migrain, madu hendaklah diminum terus. Jangan dicampur air. Oleh sebab penciptan bumi dan manusia yang daripada tanah ini tidak terpisah, ada gelombang yang berputar 24 jam maka jadual makan madu perlu tepat. Untuk rawatan di bahagian kepada, ambillah selepas waktu subuh tapi sebelum habis waktu dhuha.

4. Ambil Madu Untuk Rawat Bahagian Pinggang Ke Bawah
Cara minum : Masa yang perlu diambil ketika ambil madu antara waktu zohor ke asar.
5. Rawatan Bahagian Bawah
Waktu minum madu adalah antara asar ke maghrib. Sebab gelombang pada waktu ini menurunkan sistem imun badan kita.

√ Sebab itu, campuran air dan madu pun kena betul. Untuk dapatkan madu yang panas, kena tuang air dulu dalam gelas baru letak madu. Manakala untuk dapatkan madu sejuk, letak madu dulu dalam gelas barulah tuang air.

√ Selepas minum madu, jangan makan campuran ikan dengan susu. Elakkan makan ikan dengan daging. Ini yang dikatakan laut jangan bertemu darat. Tak bagus untuk perut.
√ 1 sudu kecil madu kelulut bersamaan dengan 10 sudu kecil madu biasa. Ini kerana lebah kelulut itu kecil, ia boleh masuk sampai ke rongga bunga. Tapi hati-hati ketika membeli madu kelulut. Jangan cari yang berwarna susu kerana dibimbangi ada campuran buah laici yang masam.
√ Madu mentah ini boleh ‘boost’ energi seseorang. Jika mahu memandu jarak jauh katakan pukul 4 petang nak bergerak, jam 8 pagi dah kena minum.
√ Jangan letak madu di tempat yang akan mengubah molekul madu. Dalam peti ais misalnya.
√ Madu juga boleh jadi ubat mata yang mujarab. Campurkan dengan air hujan dan titiskan di mata. Nanti akan ada rasa pedih. Titikkan antara waktu selepas subuh dan sebelum dhuha. Kenapa ikut prinsip minum madu yang dinyatakan di atas untuk rawatan di bahagian kepala.
Kalau tidak ikut waktu yang tepat, ia menghilangkan rasa sakit tapi tidak menghilangkan penyakit.

Pengkhususan beliau berkaitan batu permata dan nilai perubatan. Pengetahun berkaitan herba bermula daripada salasilah keluarga dari Mesir yang ahli herba. Yang bersamaan dengan Ibnu Sina. Dari Mesir datuk dan nenek beliau berhijrah ke India, seterusnya Indonesia dan akhirnya Pulau Pinang.
